Default How I record 8 tracks and sync it to Ninjam

Hi all,

I just wanted to share something I did. Before I headed into the world of Ninjam I got pretty fed up working with DAW's, so I bought a digital multitracker, a Zoom HD16. After Ninjamming a few times, I found that I wanted to be able to change the mix for my drums, when mixing jams. Of course this method is redundant if you have a multiple input soundcard.

I bought a cheap S/PDIF optical to coaxial interface.
I ran my drums into the HD16 and recorded them, and set an OK mix for jamming, and synced my audiointerface to the S/PDIF output of the HD16. This way I could import the files from the HD16 and have them be in sync.
Hope it helps someone :-)
