Default Move audio item and time-stretch

Hi to all.
I have a song with many tempo changes. When I move an audio Item Reaper automatically changes its rate in relation to the new tempo. Is it possible to disable this featue? I mean... I would like to move the Item witout Reaper changing its rate. Is this possible?
Thank you.

In short:

You have to change the /File/Project settings:

Timebase for items/envelopes/markers:
'Beats (position, length, rate)'
to 'Time'

There is a very good video from Kenny Gioa which explains it, but I can't find it at the moment, maybe someone can chime in.
