Yeah... like the title says. All free Dropbox users, like myself, should have gotten an email about it in December and a reminder a couple of weeks ago.
Literally every public link to a file on your Dropbox you've ever posted is now dead. Seriously. Like, ten years' worth for some people.
They've got a new way to make public links (right-click a file in one of your Dropbox folders and choose Copy Dropbox Link, or find the Share button on the Dropbox site), but by default it doesn't work for embedding images via BBCode.

The good news is, you can edit the URL to fix that, by changing the 0 at the end to a 1:
