Default Midi drum mapper vst?

Instead of a butt load of plug-ins to get the same result, is there a drag and drop(or midi learn) drum mapper?

I'd like to take my e drums' midi and assign it to different notes for different vsti easier...

Using many different libraries for percussion, they map their drums in different patterns
