Default SEQ Megababy: can it be used for this ?

Hi !

I really love SEQ Megababy !
But i was wondering if somewhow this can be achieved with it:

- Let's say i have a chordprogression on a instrument track.
- In first slot of this track, i insert an arpeggio plugin >> the chord notes get arpeggiated.
- In second slot i put SEQ Megababy.
- now i want the notes which i draw in it's grid, act as gates for the arpeggiated notes, coming out of the arp plugin and going into SEQ Megababy and then going out of SEQ Megababy.

This way, i can make my own rythmic pattern, which is played by the arpeggiated notes.

Or should i rahter use superarp plugin for this feature ??

I love the idea of this. Basically, if I understand correctly, you want to use Seq Baby as a real time Groove Quantizer on the arpeggio plug in. I don't think there is any way to get that result using the routing as you described. If it works, it'll probably only work if the arpeggio plug allows for quantize control as it is playing. Or, if you put some kind of MIDI gate after the arpeggio and then route Seq Baby to that gate to control it. Seq Baby won't function like that outright.
