I really like the trippy vocals at the beginning. And

Amplitube 3 my man.Its the dogs bollix.And I have a hardware valve compressor on the front end as a DI..makes all the difference in bringing out the tones.

But hats exactly it..I'll sing about pretty much anything (that isnt protesty or angry anyway)..but I have a soft spot for all things mundane..more mundane the better.I'm under no poetic illusions..I just need things to fill songs with,cant have songs without words.

I really liked the Guitar sound that lasted about a minute starting at 5:20 or so. Vocals have the usual cool quality, but that old Blue Cheer sound lives in your tunes, especially since you don't bathe them in delays or cavern-esque Reverbs.

It was the only album cover that was imprinted/raised like a huge Silver Coin.
Hendrix and the Who ripped lots of licks from these guys, and Nugent the Feedback King had learned from them while he was in the Amboy Dukes.

I actually have a Modular Synth patch that I can control the virtual feedback with where the various harmonics can be brought in and out like they did on Help Me Doctor.
If you haven't heard them, they're tight up your alley...
