Reaper Frozen When Trying Opening Project (Initializing...)

Hey guys,

As I try to open a project, Reaper gets stuck "Initializing..." I tried shutting down my computer and restarting. I also just downloaded the latest version but I'm still having the same problem.

I think you will find it easier to keep track of responses if you post each issue to just one thread, rather tham three.
