Can't hear anything- Scarlett 6i6

I can't for the life of me figure out how send my output to my monitors through my Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 from REAPER.

I can play, and hear, youtube or DVD's through my scarlett no problem. I just can't figure out how to hear what's going on with the stuff I'm playing in REAPER.

I can record and hear when I play it back through REAPER but I can't figure out how to hear my inputs when nothing is being recorded. Is there a way to change this??

You can't hear input? In Reaper, if the track 'Record Monitoring' (speaker icon below track record arm icon) set to off, as opposed to On or Auto, that'll cause what you're describing.
