Default Moving velocities relative to each other?

Hey, i've been searching the web to find out if Reaper has this feature but i don't know what the technical term is so i can't find it.

I want to be able to highlight a section of notes and have a sort of fade in or fade out via velocity curves without changing the relative velocities. It takes forever to manually edit all these notes to make it so it's not a straight line of velocities which generally sounds fake.

I saw someone do this in Cubase and my mind was blown.

Any help would be great. Thank you.

I know there is a simpler script than this, but I can't find it. Perhaps this will still help

There is a mouse modifier for this:

EDIT: I do not understand what you mean by "without changing the relative velocities", but if two solutions above doesn't do what you need there is also the script "MIDI velocity tool" by spk77 which preserves the relative velocity (https://i.imgur.com/4yN2W0a.gif).

That draws a straight line. I wanted the relation of kick, snare and hat velocities to remain the same during the course of the velocity increase.
