Lost JSFX edit window

When I right click on a JSFX "Edit" button, I get the code in notepad, but when I left click, the edit window doesn't appear. I think I lost it because I have multiple monitors, but cascade floating windows won't fix it, and I can't find any reference to this window's position in Reaper.ini

Can anyone help?

Close all JSFX windows and try to change these values in reaper.ini (it worked for me):
