Default OMF / AAF support

Hey guys,
I think we really need OMF and AAF support. Both are interchange formats that work on most DAWs and make life easy when we have to transfer a session to another DAW (e.g. recorded in Pro Tools, mixed in Reaper vice versa).

Dozens of threads on this already. It won't happen because AATranslator exists.

Add to this Vordio which allows FinalCut and Premiere projects to be imported and reconformed to Reaper and you remove the need for comparatively archaic AAF or OMF for those users as well.

I feel that it is obviously beneficial to have the complex task (and moving target) of imporing and exporting projects bundled in an external tool (such as AATranslator) instead of cluttering Reaper and bother the Devs.

Add the price of Reaper and AATranslator and you still are really nice compared to other DAWs.

AATranslator converts a lot of session formats to and from Reaper.

$60.

$200 with OMF, AAF and Protools session compatibility.

Vordio is 60 pounds.

Easy.

Can anyone point me to a guide to wrapping AATranslator for Mac OSX? I got it running using Wine Bottler, but it seems to have some errors and I'm wondering if I made some mistakes wrapping it up. I'm a noob at WINE so I'm wondering if there is a guide somewhere.

I also must publicly praise Michael at AATranslator for honoring my 6 years old license of AATranslator Enhanced, helping me get the latest installed within a few hours of my request.

Excellent customer service. Thank you Michael.
