Item-based Audio Waveform Peak Zoom

Currently, Reaper's audio peak zoom is global.

Since my audio content varies from item to item, this adjustment is too coarse and impractical – I need to keep adjusting the global zoom as I edit.

I would like to be able to control peak zoom individually for each item, so I can see waveform content clearly at a glance for the WHOLE project, whether a given item is a mastered full track at -0.0dB or a poorly-recorded tambourine stem at -22.0dB.

UX for this could be very easily added to the current method for changing item gain, with a mouse modifier e.g.
