Thanks! Fixed.

But there's still something:

Compressor triggers fine to the SC input.

When soloing track 2 track 1 is not muted because it sends to track 2.

-> Track 1 goes to Master/Parent
-> Track 2 goes to Hardware Out only

-> solo track 1

Result: Track media is properly "disabled" in this case for track 2 but you still can hear the synth via external Midi keyboard. Should be muted too.

FIXED (5.15pre5)

Thank you for all the small steps that make up an awesome DAW!

Would you consider adding delta-time/adjustment to tooltips for anything moved with a mouse during this pre-cycle please?

It's a small addition, but a very useful one for some of us.

Many thanks.

I'm also a big advocate for this as are a few of the audio departments I know of for games companies.

Track 2 is record armed, in this case?

The possibility to copy paste offline without displaying the relink prompt would also be a HUGE time saver for some people working in teams and it should be extremely easy to implement:

Now I feel bad about posting an FR without even beta-testing the new versions but unfortunately my laptop is being repaired and I'm condemned to use the school computers...

Exactly. REAPER should automatically disable input monitoring for it as long as Track 1 is soloed I think.

EDIT: Even happens with Master/Parent send (instead of hardware send) for Track 2. Maybe REAPER should disable the send from Track 1 to Track 2 in this case instead of disabling input monitoring on Track 2? Because removing the send soves the issue too (the same as disabling input monitoring for Track 2).

Not sure which is the better/right solution. I think disabling input monitoring for Track 2 would be (more) correct.

The Playhead still lags with OSX 10.11.3.

It sounds fine but visually the playhead is so stuttery and unreliable to watch.. glitchy.

I have just about the same system and there are no problems here. The glitchy playhead was resolved a few revisions ago... One revision had some interaction going on between plugins and the glitchy playhead, could be a rogue plugin maybe...

Garagebands playhead moves smoother than Reapers.., these are all empty projects too, and also when i drag the edge of the window to resize Reaper or garageband it does not move smooth at all it is very glitchy and laggy..?, do you have a smooth flowing graphics when you resize Reaper or garageband?.

Playhead moves the same. Window resizing is laggy all over... On my system Reaper actually does a better job with window resizing then Garageband or Logic

A bug I noticed with v5.12 on Windows is that the time selection saved in the project changes when I re-open the project. The end of my time selection is at the end of a media item, which is not on the grid. I have a 1000ms tail enabled, and this is about how much the time selection advances when I re-open the project. I see that v5.15 has tail settings per project, so this could have been fixed already. I have not yet had time to install the v5.15pre to see. Is anyone familiar with this issue?
