Alt+Mousewheel sometimes makes plain Mousewheel not work...

In R5rc11/x64 I observe the following:
1. Mousewheel in main window zooms horizontally
2. Alt+Mousewheel in main window scrolls horizontally
3. After releasing the Alt key, Mousewheel in main window does not do anything

Does not happen always, but enough times to be easily replicated.
It is as if reaper looses the connection to the mosuewheel, Ctrl-Mousewheel in the TCP does not do anything either, until I either click somewhere, or press the Alt-key again.

This does not happen in R4.78, at least I have never seen it.

EDIT: Actually, just pressing an releasing the Alt key sometimes (too often) makes the mousewheel inoperable. And I definitely cannot replicate this in R4.78.

Do you by chance have this option disabled in r5?

It was disabled, yes, and turned on in R4.78. Turning it on in R5 seemed to solve the problem. Good catch. Thanks.
