Grab?

goodmorning guys. My name is Elias and im from Greece.
Im glad that im here First of all i dont speak english very (Best)! haha

So, i have a small problem but i think its importand and i dont know how to search it in the forum.

I have 5.40ver, maudio fast track audio card with ASIO drivers,
Win 8.1/64bit,AMDFX6300/8GB/256SSD.

---When i push the space bar to start playing, it starts, stop/grab for a second and after that continues normally. The buffer is about 256 or 208 and i have open 3 vst on kontakt in one track and trillian.

Do you have any idea??

I have already disable the vst but

i have the same problem.

Hey ive searched more on google, i found some post but without solution.
