Default Moving an item to another track REAPER automatically opens the Pan + Volume lanes.

Moving an item to another track REAPER automatically opens the Pan + Volume lanes, is it possible to stop this? It's annoying having to press V + P every time to close them hehe :-)

Cheers :-)

This happens to me, too and I have NO IDEA why. It often happens when I'm holding CTRL though, like copying, not just moving. Insanely frustrating. Any fix?

Try this:
Preferences=>Editing Behavior=>Untick "Automatically show affected envelopes when moving media items across tracks".

You can also disable moving automation with items in the main toolbar.
