Default Reaper Skipping and Raising pitch of audio

Reaper recently started playing back my audio skipping and raised a full step. Every project that I run through it does this. Also every individual track does it. Also the live output monitoring for recording does this. My setup is as follows
Various mics>
Presonus Firepod (8 inputs)>
Apple iMac (3.06Ghz intel core I3, 4g memory, 500GB hard drive)>
Reaper v3.75>
Headphone jack>
M audio monitors.

After I render the project the problem stops and the audio sounds perfect. I've recorded with this setup for over a year and never had a problem. Every other audio source (itunes, youtube) seems to work fine which leads me to believe it's something with reaper.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forums and sorry for the trouble!

Did you check the "request device sample rate" checkbox in Preferences->Audio->Device or is the interface maybe set to a different sample rate now?
