Roland MPU-101 Midi>CV converter - modulation outputs

I'm running a couple of modular synths and I can easily get control voltages out of my MPU-101 to run them, but I want Reaper to send "bender," after touch, modulation and volume out to the 101 as well for amplitude, filter cutoff, etc.

I have not found a way to get this to happen.

Anyone else using the MPU-101 and successfully sent controls via midi for other uses?
