How do I report 'serendipity2' to a moderator for sending spam PMs? Did anyone else get one?

Me too, and I wouldn't count it as spam either. I get the impression he/she just doesn't really "get" forums and thinks it's normal behaviour to introduce yourself to loads of people via PMs.

Are the PMs containing any links at all (they may be only visible in the automatic quote in the reply box)? Anyway, after googling email/IP it's most likely a "sleeper" spambot (registered 2+ years ago!), so please don't click anything (could be malicious) and delete the messages. I banned the account.

To report anything unusual like this, please use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of each forum page.

I hadn't even noticed it TBH, but yes there's a link in the signature of the PM. Deleted it anyway

I reported by the "Report post" icon but maybe that's not working with PM's.
My virusprotection gave a big No-No for the link in the signature...

Seems as if serendipity2 is/was a bot piggybacking on the account name of fellow user serendipity. #2 is banned now.

Ah, didn't see Ollie's reply
