Default MIDI filter window off screen, how to get it back?

Hello folks,

I've recently switched from a dual to single monitor setup, and the MIDI filter window isn't appearing. I assume it's off screen somewhere. Any ideas how to get it back? I've looked through the .rpp file for a pertinent WINRECT but can't find anything that looks likely.

Any help much appreciated - I'm currently editing drums in a single MIDI item and the lack of the filter windows is, shall we say, non-optimal :-)

Cheers!

Jennifer

Try the 'cascade windows' action.

Or edit these lines in reaper.ini:
Code:
[midiedit]
lasttimebase=0
window_x=105
window_y=44

Cheers, jeff

^^^
In Windows, open Windows Explorer. Click [Tools], select 'Folder Options', and the [View] tab and untick 'Hide extensions for known file types'.

Otherwise you run the risk of downloading and opening somefile.txt which is really somefile.txt.exe which contains some nasty virus / key-logger / etc.
