midi editor and the edit cursor with midi keyboard transport controls.

This one's a bit hard to describe, but here goes anyway.

I use an AKAI MPK88 as my midi keyboard. On said keyboard there are transport controls. (FWD, REWIND, STOP, PLAY, and RECORD). These work fine in the arrange window, and the FWD and REWIND controls move the edit cursor, including past the current window, for which the edit cursor reappears in a refreshed window. So far so good.

In the midi editor, the same hardware controls work fine, with the exception of scrolling or refreshing to keep the edit cursor in view. THE EC disappears out of sight, and i have to manually slide it into view again.

Am i missing something here, like a simple setting, or does the midi editor not have a "Keep the edit cursor in view" function at this moment in time?
