Default Wrong item length after loop recording (FIXED)

What is wrong with loop recording???
All recorded items (audio and MIDI) are too long!

These might be related:
http://forum.cockos.com/project.php?issueid=3506
http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=85725
But those discuss only about problems in MIDI recording.
The same bug seems to be also in audio recording.

Update.

Installed 4.21 and tested again.
'Record: Input (audio or MIDI)' works now with audio and MIDI recording.

But still 'Record: MIDI overdub' creates too long items.
Please fix this also because MIDI overdub recording is very useful especially in loop recording. This bug makes it quite annoying. It is very easy to get slightly shifted timing in items/notes when moving, copying, duplicating and looping those items that are just a bit too long.

Bump.

Loop recording using 'Record: MIDI overdub' is still broken.

This is very bad when trying record notes to existing item and then loop the item. The loop will be out of sync.
Here is an example of that

Tested in Reaper v4.52 x64, Windows 7 64bit.
