Nevermind. Phoned a friend and he was able to sort it out in about 20 seconds.
The issue was that I had the EuCon Beta driver installed, and I had it added as an active control surface. Removing that fixed it right up.
I'll just have to add it on the occasion I need to use it, then remove it when done. Hopefully we will someday get full EuCon support. That would be nice
