Default Reaper count ins?

Hey all i have used garage band for a couple years now and one thing i love is how before you start recording you can have it give 4 beats ahead of where you set your recording cursor so you have time to get ready. Seeing as how my MIDI keyboard is sitting BESIDE my computer its rly hard to get to it in time to be on track for recording. Is there a count in function i can set anywhere in reaper? thanx.

Ultra noob becomes a regular user by reading the whole manual back to back

Please do it, for your own sake
