Packages breaking AAX Digital Signature

Hey WDL users,

Does anyone use Packages to build their installers? I have been having issues with the AAX digital signature no longer being valid after installation.

One very strange thing that happened:
I tried installing to a folder in /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/, so the final directory was /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/LRSS/LowMower.aaxplugin. Again, the dsig was not working. However, upon moving the file up a directory into the Plug-Ins folder, it worked - and this was the ONLY time it worked.

I've tried using a bundle, a flat package, and following sym links. Nothing seems to work consistently. I also tried ensuring that the permissions were set to 755.

Does anyone else knows what's happening here?

I embarrassingly always end up figuring things out right after I make these posts...

Unchecking the boxes "Remove .DS_Store files", "Remove SCM metadata", and "Optimize nib files" seems to have fixed it.

I hope this at least helps someone else with the same issue!
