Load track template - leave the tracks unselected

When a track template is loaded all the tracks are selected (they are not marked as Selected in the template itself).

I wonder why this is.

I generally do not want them all selected. (One rarely, but never all)

So I'll just +1 on this one, because it absolutely irritates me when I load my 22-track Kontakt 4 templates.

Can I piggyback on this one so as not to create multiple topics around default behaviors?

It bugs me when I import audio that the play cursor always goes to the end of the new events instead of staying where it is. Irritating, but not a huge deal, but I wish it would stop.

Doesn't do it from the browser, only from the import menu.

And the only diff between projects with and w/out selected tracks is what you've already tried:

I think it's ok to have them selected. All other "insert track" actions make the inserted tracks selected too. Consistent behaviour.
