I think you guys might be blinded by prejudice.
having the ability to login with facebook does not mean anything but being able to login with a facebook ID. I did not say "let's make this form into facebook so you have to have facebook to use it, and it's actually just facebook and not the reaper forums" ...I think a facebook login option would help the reaper community grow.

Although i'm not necessarily for the idea of the whole Facebook login for this board, even if such a thing was implemented, it's not like you'd be seeing Sarah or Jacob's annoying daily statuses about first world problems.
As for that mock-up from ED, I'm down with that. It looks great.

Not being for facebook does not make me against it. (anti-Facebook people). If you like it, enjoy it. I just have not use or need for it and therefore don't want it. I'm not ANTI though. Farmville away !

Or maybe you think people don't benefit from it on a social level (keeping in touch with friends, family, artists, reaching relatives and friends you haven't heard from most of your life, etc...)
Clearly people don't truly believe that Facebook is only good for parents who play silly games on it all day?
In 2012, people still hate or think it's cool to hate social networking. That's hilarious.
Anyways, a DAW/Program like Reaper benefits greatly from a silly little unknown site like Facebook.
