Default toolbar icons of small numbers

https://stash.reaper.fm/theme/1008/sm...ng%20files.zip

just a set of smallish icons that are the numbers 1 through 64... use in a toolbar to number things or whatever

As pretty as your cursors.
One question though.

I have pasted them to the Toolbar Icons folder in my 32bit XP machine at home, and when I go to MenuToolbars Customize, I see them in the folder, but when I call up the entire folder to view as I wish to swap a few, they are not visible, must I delete some other numbers or icons....?
I have very many as I enjoy options.

Thanks

Same thing on my x64bit machine. Your stuff always has worked for me before, so it;s safe to assume I am doing something wrong.

Just hoping someone here might tell me where I am messing up.
I am using the newest recisions of SWS and Reapage.
Customizing Menu/Toolbars does not show these after I have put them in the Toolbar Icon folder.....

I know I am a Pendejo,
Please Help, I would have a great use for these and even triple my Arrange View Toolbars.

CiaoMein

Love to see a screenshot from you hopi.
And I could send you a Screenshot of the entire toolbar collection when customizing, maybe you'll see some duplicitive icon or something causing the grief.

Thanks

Well I finally got them to be seen after the latest upgrade.
I realize apps need re booting when certain files have been changed, but I had opened and closed Reaper at least a dozen times as I am doing new tunes on my downtime.
So after adding the latest upgrade today.......voila.
So anyone using these and also having troubles as I use a double row of toolbars, that has been tweaked via scripts, the latest upgrade just snaps right in as it should.

Thanks Again Hopi

oh sorry X... have not looked back at this thread for few days...

glad you have them working an such...

I usually set the names or reset the names as I need to and put the icons in Data\toolbar_icons folder

As long as reaper is looking there they should show up...

but like you I have about a zillion icons in there and often add new ones...
so I use a few file name tricks to help me locate icons in the window that reaper puts up for us to pic an icon from.

Here are two tricks I use:

1- custom icons in that folder need to start with the word toobar_xxxxxxxx.png
where xxxxxx is the name... right?

so there could well be other things in there that we don't want to overwrite... so I might add something like this:

toolbar_zzz_number_01_one.png [not likely that WT or others used a name like that ]

..and the "zzz" will make them appear at or near the bottom of the icon window... so, for example, I have sets of new icons, that are zzz, and then others that are zzzz, and more that are zzzzz, etc.

That way I know where to look for them.

2- now there is a filter in the 'pick your icon' window.. at the top... so if you know your own zzz 'code', you can type zzz [or whaterver in that filter and not see the other icons... [VERY HANDY!]

I have been doing some oddball icon experiments and will post that in it's own thread in this topic.

OK... If I can be of help just sing out.

You just did help, and that's great information. Gofer gave me similar information when adding a new MIDI Color png.
These are much eaier to see as they light up and I use them for selcting various tracks. I don't use more than 24, but with your help I can expand to 64 ASIO Stereo tracks as Scopes XITE-1 allows this and when I grow up i'll be ready...

CiaoMein,

Thanks Again...
