Default EDIROL Hyper Canvas 1.6.0 does not save its configuration in 64-bits OS

Recently I switched from Win-XP (32) to Win 7 (64) and I'm having trouble with the Hyper Canvas plugin.

I installed all plugins I used before, but now the Hyper Canvas, that I used as DXi, is only shown as VST. Okay, that wouldn't be a problem if it was saving the panel configuration.
But when I re-open the reaper project, all instruments (except drums) are switched to the default piano sound, as well as the volume, pan, reverb and other parameters. And also the system settings are back at default.

I read about in other places that 64-bit OS does not support DX or DXi plugins.

The only solution I've found so far is to use the SAVE/LOAD of the performance file. It works. But isn't there a way to make it save automatically again?

Does anyone have that problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Thank you!

No DXi support in 64 bit windoze as far as I know.
At least I lost all mine & on chatting to Sonar-ites this was confirmed.

Haven't used any of the variants of the old virtual sound canvas in so long I don't remember if it was possible to save perams in the VST versions of the earlier VSCs either.
I do have a SC88VL though....

That's a long standing bug with their VST.
As it is now discontinued, it will not be fixed.
Your save/load workaround is your only friend...

Just remember to save or you'll be pulling your hair! I've seen it happen ahahahaha
