Bug? Drag and drop items into project and scrolling

Hi there,

when you drag items from the explorer or media explorer into the arrange view, you can't scroll through the project while still draging the item!
In other DAWs (i take Cubase as an example) you can do that.. I think it's an bug or is there a setting to configure that?
