Default osx - mavericks and reaper

HI. Does anyone else find that deleting a track with audio in, then undo that to bring it back crashes reaper without fail? Working back in logic now to get work out to clients, but for using reaper, this is going to stop me in my tracks (no pun intended~)

Default osx mavericks reaper

It's also even when i move a track in and out of a folder - spinning wheel till I shut down. This is a nightmare... spent weeks setting this great program up the way I want and now it fails in a basic task - any ideas?

Probably there was a plug-in on that track, which is crashing?

It actually does it with blank tracks too...I use tracks into a bus into a vca. Always that order. If i accidentally drop a blank track which I'd coloured and titled for the bass bus, into any track on the way, that's ok. If I try to command z to get it back - spinning wheel till I close it down. It doesnt happen often, but it means if I make any mistakes setting up or mixing and moving tracks, I'm back to the last save.... which I'm starting to do more often!
