PROBLEM
Steinberg PadshopPro crashes Reaper after adding, removing, then readding.

HOW TO REPRODUCE
- Add the PadshoPro VSTi to a track
- Remove the VSTi from the track
- Add the VSTi to the track a second time
- Reaper crashes

ERROR MESSAGE
"REAPER has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available"
