JS FX Play state - not updated on Pause

Just noticed that the JS FX system variable play_state is not updated when the transport is Paused (during Playback or Recording).

FX are not run in a paused state in REAPER. So, I suspect it's not a JS bug, but a REAPER "feature".

It might be updated in other hosts with ReaJS.

The current playback state of REAPER (0=stopped, <0=error, 1=playing, 2=paused, 5=recording, 6=record paused).

Well, @gfx actually does run while paused. So yeah, it would be nice if play_state would updated when paused, so one can display its state in @gfx.
