I've just found this recently.

And I'm loving it.
Actually, this has to be the main thing I've been missing with FL Studio. And I even see you have an FL theme as well.

Please continue to work on this for further improvements and options.

One issue I'm seeing though, in Reaper 5.20pre16 is that when it is docked, paging through the measures/bars causes it to disappear, and I have to switch to another docked window and back to see it again.

This is so awesome!

Well, I just purchased a full license. Definitely worth the $12.
It is IMHO the best step straight forward step sequencer in reaper (being a different tool from MegaBaby). This is I really hope you are still working on this one, nizzebro.

Bugs:
- Docked interface is a bit buggy.

Requests:
- Option to view more bars, like (2, 4, 8, and 16), maybe next to the time resolution.
- Ability to scroll, like a small slider to iterate through the bars, versus only clicking buttons (quicker).

*** Other Requests ***
1) Patterned Item Writing
- Consider using each view/bar(s) as a pattern that can be saved and written to another view/bar(s), having an effect similar to the current Copy and Paste. This way, we can also that a Pattern/Step Approach to writing to Reaper's Arrangement.

2) w/ Audio Media Items
- These items can be stored with/available to the project, but not on the Arrangment. And even have a waveform representation shown in each "Pattern", on it's track.

3) In regards to the Single-Mode:
- An option to let them simply be MIDI items, with visual representation in the interface, like FL Studio's. Keeping it pretty simple.
I do think what you've done so far is useful for many situations, but this would be useful, if implementing the "Pattern" approach.

Overall, I'm loving it and hope to see it become more integrated with the Reaper's framework.

CHEERS!!!

Just having a play about with this. This, or something like it could be the primary window in RS5k, with the waveform as a secondary window.

I don't want to try this again but I just crashed REAPER by doing CTRL C and CTRL V on the patterns.

apisonic, that's a really cool theme.

I hope to see some bug fixes and enhancements with this.

2016 is looking good for Reaper!

This is just what reaper needs.
A cross-track step sequencer, which is, IMHO, most of the appeal of FL Studio:

Quick sampling and patterns (a beat-maker's dream).

Not right now.
The developer mentioned considering that in a future version.
However, it is very useful as is.

I've been using TAL Sampler as my default sampler right now. I haven't rapped my mind around RS5K's root pitch settings yet.

I contacted nizz today and he got pretty much straight back to me.

Bought and downloaded the full version with no issues.
Now all I need is some spare time to play with it!

@vanhaze
Last developper activity was 2015 on the forum so... I guess this project is terminated.

Sadly, it is not open source.

Does exactly what I always was looking for!
Works very userfriendly (in comparison with Megababy) and makes FL Studio/LMMS quite useless in this case, and that for only $12.

Thanks!

Real bummer that Dev promised a mac version before end of 2016 (told me personally in mail) and, eventually, never released that mac version.

...but I have been in contact with him online in dec 2016 plus he DOES seem to be working on some other stuff in the meantime.
How about we all remind ourselves about the vast fortune he is obviously amassing after such a tiny effort.
What a ripoff guy!

NOT!!!

Any other user who experienced Sower to suddenly stop working? And how to put it back in 'showing up' modus?

Look at MPL PatternRack. Seems that it's doing his job a bit better :3

Just a heads up -- this plug-in appears to store its extension state incorrectly in the project, which could cause other extensions to lose their state (its config line begins with a < but does not have a corresponding > line by itself, malformed RPPXML...).

No, best is hackey trackey by master saike. buzz tracker inside reaper.

Justin, did you see Django's latest video regarding looped midi recording, can not Reaper solve this problem? Not sure why there is no solution to this situation yet.

Well, I had just forgotten to pay for the hosting in time. Frankly, I didn't work on this plugin lately.
