Ripple editing on all tracks overrides marker/region locking (FIXED)

When ripple editing is enabled for all tracks, it can cause markers and regions to move even when they're locked.

Some editing work I do requires the occasional use of ripple editing on all tracks, but I really need markers and regions to stay locked.

Is this the intended behaviour? At the very least it'd be good to allow an on/off toggle to allow ripple editing on all tracks *not* to override marker and region locking.

Maybe they can fix it, but my script could save you if you are in hurry by locking the empty items that define the markers.
