Transport & Markers, TimeLine weirdness
Now in Tracker:
http://forum.cockos.com/project.php?issueid=4631
Problem:
If there are more than 115 markers you can't right click on the Transport and select "Use ruler time unit" anymore.
To reproduce:
>Open a New Project and Add 115 Markers.
>Right click on the Transport and set to "Use ruler time unit". (Everything works to this point)
>Add two more markers after 115 making it 117 markers and hit Home to take the cursor to the front.
>Right click on the Transport and change the time units to "Measures, beats" or one of the other selections.
>Now right click on the Transport and try to change it back to "Use ruler time unit".
>You not only can't select "Use ruler time unit" anymore, but the cursor jumps to Marker-116.
------------------------
I've also included a test project you can download with 117 markers in it. The Transport is already set to "Use ruler time unit" and the cursor should be at the front.
>Open the project, right click on the Transport and change the time units to "Measures, beats" or one of the other selections.
>Now right click on the Transport and try to change it back to "Use ruler time unit".
>Here again you not only can't select "Use ruler time unit" anymore, but the cursor jumps to Marker-116.

Anybody else?
I know it's not the type of bug that's going to reach out and bight you very often but I'd like a confirmation before I put it in the tracker.

Yes, confirmed with win7x64 and reaper 4.32 x64, using your submitted file.

I can confirm this, using your project.
It's as you wrote: Having a marker 116, when choosing "Use ruler time unit", the edit cursor jumps to marker 116 (no matter where it is behind marker 115). when moving marker 116 prior to 115, the edit cursor jumps to marker 115, so we can assume it's the 116th marker, the cursor jumps to, not necessarily marker 116.
Furthermore, the selection in the transport context menu doesn't change anymore, no matter what you choose. The format in the ruler, however, doesn't seem to be effected. This can be chosen still.
This is really a weird one.
BTW: I have the same system-specs as Miche.

@Moderator, how does this get confirmed?
It's been confirmed on XP, Win7, and Mac. Seems to definitely be a bug.
Just wondering, not sure how all this works.
