Exactly, which begs the question, are we going to have an option or something to give us true track based editing?

Another reproducible crash

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project.
2. Insert one MIDI item.
3. Open the MIDI item to MIDI editor.
4. Add some notes to the item.
5. Close MIDI editor.
6. Copy the item on the same track.
7. Select both items.
8. Open items to MIDI editor.
9. Run action "Item: Apply track/take FX to items (MIDI output)"
10. Run action "Take: Crop to active take in items"
-> Reaper crashes

Tested on
Reaper v4.33pre2, 32bit
Windows 7 x64

P.S. Maybe a mod should move that other CC discussion to a new thread so it doesn't clog up the focus on the current pre more than it already has.

Thanks.

Agreed. It's sad when useful and constructive discussions like this only have a lifetime of a single pre-release thread.

Are there any improvements expected for Anticipative FX in this pre yet? It seems even worse with Jamstix now?...

<Justin> The Anticipative FX improvements (for tracks with lots of PDC receiving from other tracks) </Justin>

Thanks.

Collect and write down the arguments to keep them handy in the coming discussions.

It pays to be prepared.
