Default BlueBoard/FC-7 into Amplitube in Reaper, control wah

Hey guys, my first post! So I finally figured out how to make a second send channel to get my channel 1 Amplitube stomps to be controlled by my BlueBoard/FC-7 expression pedal. One problem! For some reason, if I use the FC-7 by itself to control the wah (no BlueBoard button controlling the wah on/off bypass) it works perfectly. However, when I use the BlueBoard button A (or any button) to control the wah on/off and the FC-7 to control the wah as the same time, the stomp wah range is very short and the pedal just turns on and off after a little movement, so the expression pedal is now controlling the wah and on/off at the same time, making it useless. Anyone have any idea of something that I could do to tweak it a little bit and make it work? I imagine it has something to do with the MIDI channels but I can't seem to tweak things to make it work. Sorry, I'm a newbie to it, thanks in advance.
