Conflicting Zoom actions?

macOS version.

In the action list:



"Zoom out vertical" - Cmd-Shift-Down, Page Down
"Zoom in vertical" - Cmd-Shift-Up, Page Up

In the View Menu:

The view menu functions shown work as labelled, but the shortcuts are incorrect.

I also can not find the "All tracks same height" actions in the action list so these useful functions can be re-assigned.
