Default Recording to animated GIFs, the Hard Way

I've added support for LICEcap `.lcf` format file to Jon's (Sublime Text creator) web animations. See Animated GIFs the Hard Way - http://www.sublimetext.com/~jps/anim..._hard_way.html.

My fork of jon's anim_encoder has support for it (https://github.com/Kronuz/anim_encoder), just record the animation to a file with the .lcf extension and run `./anim_encoder.py example.lcf`.
