Default Reaper crashing when loading project

For the second time now it seems I have lost a big project. When I start the project Reaper instantly crashes. So damn frustrating it makes me want to cry. Anything to do about this?

Please read these stickies:

Troubleshooting FAQ

How to find crash logs:
http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=36653

Then report under which circumstances REAPER is crashing exactly and post the crash log. The more information you can provide, the higher the chance of getting help will be.

You can post the crash report itself. Can you provide information on the OS used? Your posts are lacking in information, we really know nothing about your situation.

You can also try loading the project with FX offline -- open REAPER, go to file->open project, choose the project and check "open with FX offline (recovery mode)", which will help you narrow down what plug-in is causing the issue.
