I have. Upgrade was seamless and I've had no issues as a result.

Updated last week. No problems at all. It seems that it takes longer on shutdown process (I have a SSD tho).

Updated some days ago.
As far as stability, no problem.
A lot of annoyances, though. They've re-implemented the Metro interface for some menus, misplaced some options like the classic control panel and they've added some 3D stuff.

Its just a shortcut link that you need to place in the correct folder. Its shown here and it works, well it works for me.
Usual caveat, try at your own risk.

I have it since 3 or 4 weeks. Nothing has changed, as far as I can say. Except that for unknown reasons hibernating and sleep-mode was reversed. I changed it back and was done.
I had no new tiles or whatever. The settings from OOSU10 werent changed. So in my case everything is OK with the Creators update.

(3) Desktops running Win10 Pro Insider Preview and all now on Build 16199.rs_prerelease. Several Updates over past weeks and only one issue seemingly related to NVidia (AND only on (1) system).
Kontakt5-related (very slow load).
All else running great. No complaints. Not noting these other issues mentioned.

My computer updated today.
The only issue I've noticed so far is that my computer lost the licence to Addictive Drums 2, so I had to remove my computer and re-add it using the XLN installer. This happened at the last major update.
Apart from that, so far so good. The driver to my Zoom UAC-2 audio interface seems to have survived the update this time. At the last big update I had to uninstall and reinstall it.

FYI... That's due to XLN's auth method where pretty much any major system update (version change), changes the challenge/response calculation result.

Does it make sense to try REAPER in Game mode? Supposedly it allows the app to use more resources.
