Default Item follows track name automatically

Currently when copying a midi item from one track to another the item retains the track name that it came from not the new track that it is on.

This becomes a problem when opening multiple midi parts in the midi editor. There is no way to tell 'by name' which part one is working on if all of them are named the same.

Is there a way to have Reaper automatically rename items when moving them to new tracks?

I already know about the action to rename items by track name but I'm looking for an automatic way to do that.
