Reaper is crashing every time that I insert my ezdrummer track template into the current project. Nothing is logged in event viewer. What can I do here that would be useful in gathering info about the problem? I can probably start a new project and insert the template without any trouble, but if there is some way that I can log any relevant info, it might be useful.
I was using this track template just last night without any issues.

Changing the sample rate from 48k to 44.1k seemed to do it. Changing the sample rate back, reopening the project, and trying to insert the template brought the crashing back. What could this mean? I was having issues not too long ago with not being able to change the sample rate. Setting Reaper not to open from a default project template took care of that, but I never did figure out why it started happening.

ezdrummer needs to upsample all their samples (as they are 44.1) - I use to run at 96K and took over 5 minutes to load a kit...now I run at 48k and it still takes a minute or so.
Addictive Drummer does not have this issue.

I'm aware of that. I haven't had any problems running ez at 48k before though.
New problem here: I changed the buffer from 256 to 1024, but Reaper isn't switching. Something not right is going on in Reaper with ASIO, I think.
