Default imported MIDI item not fully enlarged on import

Attached is a MIDI file (exported from Reaper).

When I drag and drop it from media explorer exactly at the beginning of a new project (1.1.0) it comes up full length as it should.

But not when I drop it at say 5.1.0, then it comes as shortened and I have to drag out the right end to make it fully visible on the timeline.

('Import tempo map' ticked in both cases)

edit:
Looks like it has to do with the 'tempo match' setting in media explorer.

'tempo match on': MIDI item comes in shortened (when project tempo != tempo stored in tempo map)

'tempo match off': comes in at correct length.

Confirmed here.
The full-length clip is 3 minutes 31.011 seconds long.
The shortened clip is 2 minutes 36.500 seconds long.
That = 0.74167

And 89 bpm / 120 bpm = 0.74167 too

'Tempo match on' caused the length of the clip to be recalculated when the clip contains a tempo map and the 'End' marker is inserted at that point. The following notes are not displayed until the clip end is dragged out.

---------------------------------
It looks like there's a clash between the Media Explorer's "Tempo Match On" and the Import's "Import MIDI Tempo Map ..."

If I untick "Import MIDI Tempo Map ..." then all the notes are displayed.

Thanks for the confirmation and detailed analysis DS.

That were my thoughts also.
