Default Bug in Exporting MIDI

This relates to chapter 12.33 Exporting Project MIDI in the v4.5 user guide. I consolidate midi files and transfer them to a flash drive. In the previous version of Reaper if I chose the wrong path or forgot to install the flash drive I would get a pop up message saying "export failed." Now there is no pop up window and Reaper crashes.

Which Reaper version?

Perhaps you can install the old version (over the current one) and check that it is still OK there.

Default bug in exporting midi

This might be be clearer. When I export midi it is usually with a time selection. Until version 4.5 Reaper never crashed if I forgot to plug in the flash drive, I would just get the "midi export failed!" screen.
