Default Tooltips drawn under pinned toolbar
Easy to reproduce.
  • Pin any floating toolbar.
  • Hover mouse over toolbar button (preferably one on the edge)
  • Tooltip is drawn under toolbar. If tooltip is big enough you should see part of it around floating toolbar
