Default Ogg Vorbis Renders: No playback in Foobar2000 (FIXED)

Playback of Ogg files rendered by Reaper doesn't work in Foobar2000 (0.9.5.5)!

Foobar2000:

View -> Console: "Decoding failure at 0:00.000 (Unsupported format or corrupted file)"

I've tried many different encoding settings but none of them worked

FIXED (2.45pre3)

VLC 0.8.6i can play the file but is reporting wrong duration duration (3 seconds).
