Help with MIDI - VST

Hi, i'm a big noob lol and i need some help. Sorry for my english.

I'll try to explain. Everytime i try to use a plugin (VST) on a midi and everytime i change the settings of the vst, when i turn on "play" all returns to default. example: I have my midi track. I use a plugin on it and i select the sound "dadada" but the default was "dododo". If i turn on play my tracks the vst returns on "dododo". xD thanks for help.

It's possible there are some event messages causing this.

Double click in the midi track.

Click on View, then select Mode:Event list.

You might see some parameters before the notes (see picture below). If so, deleting these might stop things from reseting.
