Default SWS Manual

Geoff Francis, of REAPER manual fame, has graciously written a comprehensive manual for the SWS extension:

REAPER Plus! The power of the SWS Extensions

The manual is available for free for electronic use, downloadable from the link above or the SWS website.

If you'd like to print the PDF, or get a hardcopy, please support Geoff's hard work and go to his Lulu store to purchase your copy of this or one of the other great Reaper manuals.

Thanks to Geoff (nicholas), spikemullings, Xenakios, Jeffos, Fingers, Padre_PC, Mercado_Negro, and Evil Dragon for their direct contributions to the SWS extension itself or to the guide. Thanks to everyone else for their kind words of support, your bug reports, feature requests, and above all, for making Reaper and its community what it is today!

Geoff, you must have been reading my mind. I just installed and started playing with the extensions last night. This is the icing on the cake. Thanks so much for this!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. There should be a paypal link where we could all toss a bit of cash your way in thanks for all of this work. It'd make me feel a lot better if you could go out once in a while and buy yourself a mic or preamp or something courtesy of we Reaper users who benefit from your hard work and writing skills.

Bravo! The more I learn, the better Reaper gets. And much of it is due to the great documentation and this forum.

Thank you.

A big "Thank you" to everybody involved in this, especially Geoffrey Francis/nicholas.

If it wasn't for his efforts, I would have dumped Reaper long ago, being a documentation junkie.

Now the only problem is: when do I find the time to read this? I have just finished the Reaper User Guide and have purchased, but not even started on, "ReaMix[...]".

Will cram some time between mixes, my new strat being built and the kids :P

Thanks to Geoff as well as to all people involved!
Such a manual represents so much work behind the scene..
Impressive work! Really!!

2 remarks for Geoff:
- it's very strange to read a manual where someone shows you things you haven't even think about using actions you coded yourself
- I understand talking about S&M stuff in a manual is a bit touchy (perhaps that's why it turned into "SM" in some place). Though, don't be afraid: S&M actions are just "Strong & Mighty" actions but above all, "&" is a very good filter in the action list

Congrats, Sir !

Can't find it in the Lulu store - I'd like to purchase a hard copy and also to support the ongoing evolution of these great manuals. Does anybody have a direct link to it on Lulu? I typed in the title correctly but came up with nada.
